Orthodontics
An orthodontic case with its appliance, its visits and its photos.
Open a case from the patient record with its diagnosis (Angle class, overjet, overbite and crowding), the appliance and the expected duration, and follow the treatment from the study phase to retention. Every visit is noted and the case is never deleted: it is corrected or annulled with a reason.
- Phases of the caseUnder study, in treatment, in retention, finished or abandoned. Every change of state stays in the history, with who made it, and is never undone: you move on to the next one. Abandoning asks for a reason.
- Visits and alignersNote activations, archwire changes, bracket repairs, retainers and each aligner delivered, with its number. With aligners, you see how many you have delivered out of the whole treatment.
- Images and deadlinesAttach photos and cephalometric radiographs from the patient archive to their stage: initial, progress, final or cephalometric. Cases past their expected end show as “late” in the clinic list.
